Les Binkley, Vice President of Boyle Investment Company, was pleased to participate yesterday in the Memphis Daily News seminar yesterday on Commercial Real Estate. Les provided an update on the state of the multi-family sector and provided information on rental rates, vacancy rates, REIT sales, new multi-family developments in the greater Memphis area, and design trends.
