Responsibilities: As Assistant Vice President for retail and commercial properties, Wilford is involved in the marketing and brokerage of For Lease and For Sale properties. He also provides third party brokerage and consulting services to a wide range of institutions and individual clients.
Professional Record: Wilford has served as Property Manager for Regalia, Humphreys Center in Memphis and the Village Shops of Forest Hill in Germantown. He also served as Property Manager and Construction Manager for Gallina Centro Shopping Center in Collierville and Southcrest Shopping Center in Southaven, Mississippi. Former projects include Southwest Crossing Shopping Center in Fort Worth, Texas. Wilford is also responsible for the leasing of Regalia, the Shops of Forest Hill, Gallina Centro, Southcrest Market, and Great Oaks Shopping Center.
Education: Wilford has a B.B.A. in Real Estate from the University of Memphis and a real estate license in Tennessee and Mississippi.
Professional Affiliations: Wilford is a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Civic and Community Involvement: Wilford is a past officer and board member of the Phoenix Club, an organization dedicated to raising money for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Memphis. He is also a member of the Kiwanis Club and serves as a Cub Scout Master for Pack 241 at Christ United Methodist Church.
