Responsibilities: As Property Manager for the Boyle Retail Department, Isbell manages over 650,000 square feet of retail space. He plans and executes all budget related items and day to day operations of the Boyle retail portfolio. He also attends to any shopping center-and tenant-specific needs for the retail properties.
Professional Record: Prior to joining Boyle in 2007, Isbell worked on staff at a local church in charge of junior and senior high ministries for over four years and briefly pursued a career in music while pursing his degree at the University of Memphis.
Education: Isbell has a BA degree in History from the University of Memphis. He holds a real estate license in Tennessee and Mississippi and is currently pursuing a Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Civic and Community Involvement: Isbell is an assistant basketball coach for the junior varsity boys team at Westminster Academy.
Professional Affiliations: Isbell is a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
