Responsibilities: In her position as Director of Human Resources, Locastro interviews prospective candidates for employment, administers psychological testing, coordinates all employee benefits, supervises payroll, and assists with 401K plans.
Professional Record: Since joining Boyle in 1981, Locastro has worked in a variety of areas, including insurance, computer operations and payroll management.
Education: Locastro attended the University of Memphis School for Paralegal Studies.
Civic and Community Involvement: Locastro is an avid support of the University of Memphis, Christian Brothers High School and the Church Health Center. She also is an active member of the Variety Children's Charities of Memphis, an organization that holds fundraisers for children’s charities such as Madonna Day School, Ronald McDonald House and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Memphis.
