Responsibilities: As President of Boyle Insurance, Gresham oversees all operations for the agency, including marketing and personnel.
Professional Record: Gresham began her career in the field of insurance during college in 1973 at a Memphis insurance agency. She joined Boyle in 1987 as a Customer Service Representative, was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 1994, was promoted to Vice President in 2001, became Senior Vice President in 2003 and was appointed President in 2009.
Education: Gresham graduated from Overton High School in Memphis and attended Memphis State University.
Professional Affiliations: Gresham is a member of the Executive Board of the Insurors of Tennessee. She was 2008 President of the Insurors of Memphis. She has served as Chairman of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) Council of CNA Insurance Companies. She is a member of Professional Insurance Association (PIA), Independent Insurance Agents of America, Insurors of Tennessee, Insurors of Memphis, National Council of Agents and Brokers, National Association of Casualty & Surety Agents, Memphis Area Homebuilders Association and National Association of Professional Women.
Civic and Community Involvement: Gresham volunteers with various civic groups and has served on the Pastor Parrish Committee at Collierville United Methodist Church.
