An insurance company needed more room, but decided to stay and expand at Boyle Investment Company’s Ridgeway Center.
Clay & Land Insurance added 3,500 square feet at 866 Ridgeway Loop to accommodate its expanded employee-benefits department.
The firm’s space grew from 15,000 to 18,500 square feet.
“The proximity to Poplar Avenue and I-240 is great for our sales people as well as our clients who come into the office,” Clay & Land vice president Todd Dyson said in a prepared release.
Clay & Land has been a tenant of Boyle more than 20 years.
