(Collierville, Tennessee) Today, Jim Wilson & Associates, Inc., submitted preliminary plans for an open-air, village-like lifestyle shopping center in Collierville, Tennessee. This upscale project, proposed for development at the Southeast quadrant of the intersection of Houston Levee Road and Nonconnah Parkway, will be known as Carriage Crossing at Collierville. The 1,200,000 square foot open-air center will provide retail and restaurant locations serving the trade area.

A proposed retail development in Collierville could bring with it a Parisian specialty department store, according to Brad Martin, chairman and chief executive officer of Saks Inc., Parisian’s parent company.

While work is progressing at a brisk pace on development of the $350 million and 443-acre Schilling Farms in Collierville. Work on its sister development just west on Poplar Avenue known as Price Farms is also making progress, according to developers of the two massive centers.

Boyle has entered into a joint venture with W. T. Price family heirs for the development of a parcel of Collierville property which has been in the Price Family since the late 19th century.
