Boyle worked directly with Thomas & Betts to create a worldwide headquarters at Southwind that will eventually grow to 650,000 square feet of highly integrated office space wrapped around a 5-acre lake. Significant state and local incentives, including the TIIPS program and a tax freeze, were structured into the transaction.
