Ridgeway Center Turns 40
In the early 1970s, Boyle took on its largest and most ambitious project to date – converting the former grounds of Ridgeway Country Club into a multi-use development.

Boyle Insurance Agency Supports Boys & Girls Clubs
Boyle Insurance Agency was a proud sponsor of Tiger basketball this past season and treated the youth from the Hickory Hill, Porter and Goodwill Boys & Girls Clubs to a Memphis Tigers basketball game.

Conversations
Boyle recently donated an important 290-acre forested tract located along the Wolf River to the Wolf Fiver Conservancy.

Washington Gates: Gateway to Historic Collierville Square
Just a five-minute walk from shopping and dining on the historic Collierville Town Square is Washington Gates, Boyle’s private cottage neighborhood of 16 lots nestled among mature trees.

Boyle Named Land Conservationist of the Year
Boyle Investment Company was honored as the 2011 Land Conservationist of the Year by the Tennessee Wildlife Federation for the donation of a 290-acre tract of land to the Wolf River Conservancy.

Midsouth Capital Fund
In late 2010, the Midsouth Capital Fund I, LLC was formed to target approximately $100 million in real estate investment opportunities throughout the Mid-south region including Tennessee, Kentucky, north and central Alabama, Mississippi and Arkansas, with a special focus on Memphis and Nashville.

CIRCA Opens at Regalia
Circa Restaurant opened earlier this year at Boyle’s Regalia shopping center at Poplar Avenue and Ridgeway, and the reception by local residents and businesses has been tremendous.
