- Overview -
In
2001 Boyle Investment Company opened a Nashville office
to provide a wide range of real estate services, including
development, acquisition, sales and leasing of both commercial
and residential properties. The goal of the Boyle Nashville
office is to become one of the foremost real estate development
and acquisition firms in Middle Tennessee by partnering
with local land owners, investors and growing businesses
to create lasting value in real estate.
Boyle plans
to expand the company’s asset base in Nashville through
development, acquisitions, and joint ventures. The investment
goal is to build an outstanding portfolio of income properties
in the Nashville area including strategically located office,
retail and mixed use projects. The Boyle Nashville office
is keenly focused on income properties and development
land where Boyle’s unique capabilities and resources
will create long-term value.
Boyle’s
Nashville office is managed by a team of seasoned real
estate professionals. The office is managed by Jeffery Haynes
(jhaynes@boyle.com),
who previously served as managing director of Tennessee and executive vice
president of Trammell Crow Company. Haynes’ primary area of expertise
is office real estate, and at Trammell Crow he was responsible for 800,000
square feet of development, including headquarters for several Nashville
based companies. Phil Fawcett (pfawcett@boyle.com), who also was previously
with Trammell Crow, is the retail real estate expert in Boyle’s Nashville
office. Fawcett has completed more than 1.3 million square feet of development
throughout the state of Tennessee and approximately $80 million of shopping
center acquisitions/dispositions.
Rounding
out the Boyle Nashville team are Mark Traylor (mtraylor@boyle.com) and Thomas McDaniel
(tmcdaniel@boyle.com). Traylor’s primary
responsibility is overseeing the company’s retail real estate projects
in the Nashville area, including property development, management, sales,
leasing, tenant representation, and brokerage. Traylor has more than 13 years
of experience in the retail commercial real estate industry. His most recent
experience is with the Trammell Crow Company, where he served as vice president
and director of the Memphis retail division. He also spent 11 years at the
Weston Companies, where he was a retail leasing representative for Memphis
and the Mid-South.
Thomas
McDaniel is responsible for all analytic and research support
activities for the office and retail functions of the Boyle
office. His primary responsibilities include property
identification and due diligence, project valuation, project
management, and strategic market analysis. He most recently
worked as a senior auditor at Ernst & Young’s
New Orleans office, where he specialized in real estate,
serving a variety of development, management and construction
companies in commercial, retail, multi-family, and residential
settings.
