Since 1933, Boyle Investment
company has been paving the way for major development
projects including East Memphis' business park known
as Ridgeway Center, which consists of more than one million
square feet of Class 'A' office space.
The company has developed build-to-suit
and speculative office buildings for a variety of Fortune
500 tenants including International Business Machines
Corporation, General Motors, and the United States Postal
Service.
Boyle recently finished construction
of a 155,000-square-foot build-to-suit office building
in Ridgeway Center for Sedgwick James, as well as the
world headquarters for Thomas & Betts at Southwind.
The initial building is 230,000 square feet of a projected
650,000-square-foot campus
