Boyle is
developing a unique, upscale residential community on
565 acres surrounding Spring Creek Ranch, one of the
nation's premiere golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus.

Whisperwoods,
a residential community in south Collierville, offers
the traditional elegance of a Boyle neighborhood with
quality-built homes by Robert Denley.

Boyle has
developed three new office buildings at Humphreys Center,
including a 50,000-square-foot building anchored by
the Semmes Murphey Clinic, the 200,000-square-foot corporate
headquarters facility for Baptist Memorial Health Care
Corporation, and a 50,000-square-foot office building
anchored by the West Clinic.

Helena Chemical
Corporation recently moved into its new office headquarters
facility at Schilling Farms in Collierville. The four-story,
104,000 square-foot "Class A" office building
is located on a 6.2-acre site near the center of the
443-acre Schillings Farms community.
