VESTA comes to
Schilling Farms
October 9th-24th

More than 30,000 mid-southerners are expected to tour six magnificent homes
circling McGinnis Park in the heart of "The Neighborhood " at Schilling
Farms. The home show begins Saturday, October 9 and runs through Sunday, October 24.
Presented by the Memphis Area Home Builders Association and now in its 15th year, the
Vesta Home Show is the most celebrated building events of its kind. |

Schilling Farms, Kid-Tech Child Care Center will open on November 1. Providing care for
children from 6 weeks to elementary age, this state of the art facility, featuring a

new business center. |

Construction continues as the walls begin emerging on
Schilling Farm's first office building. The 62,000 square foot, class A, one-story
office/flex building when completed will feature an attractive brick and glass
exterior surrounded by ample parking and extensive landscaping. The building is scheduled

Progress Continues

The town of Collierville has approved plans for several new
members of the Schilling Farms community. Marriott Hotels
is coming to Schilling Farms with their new all suites concept called SpringHill Suites. The new four-story class A office building,
both developed by Master Hospitality Services, Inc., will share a site on the corner of
Schilling Boulevard and Schilling Boulevard East next door to the YMCA. National Bank of Commerce has
announced plans to begin construction this year on its branch bank on the west side of the
main entrance at Schilling Boulevard East and Poplar Avenue. Shane Coughlin with Coughlin
Development Group will start construction of Collierville's newest Italian restaurant, Fazoli's. Set to open in the spring of 2000, Fazoli's, which
serves Italian food...fast, will be located on Poplar Avenue just east of the
new BankTennessee building currently under construction.
