Nashoba Carriage Classic

The first annual Nashoba Carriage Classic will be held at Schilling Farms October
8-10th. This charity event to help handicapped children is hosted by the Nashoba Carriage
Club and sanctioned by the American Drivers Association Spectacular. Spectators welcome!

Schilling Boulevard West In The Works!

Preliminary engineering is underway to install the
state-of-the-art railroad crossing and roadway improvements from Poplar Avenue at Bray
Station Road, down to the intersection of Schilling Boulevard East and
Schilling Boulevard. |

Collierville's roots with lights similar to the Town's historic square. |

Schilling Boulevard West, as
it will be known, will feature the same extensively landscaped and irrigated medians,
special street lights and pedestrian friendly tree-lined walks as installed along the
other boulevard on the farm. Completion of these improvements will make available prime
corporate office sites as well as hotel, retail and other mixed-use type of sites with
Poplar Avenue visibility and access.

SCHILLING FARMS PROVIDES OPTIONS...

The Planners of Schilling Farms envisioned a community which, when completed, would
provide a variety of housing options to its residents. With The Neighborhood at Schilling
Farms, Sterling Square at Schilling Farms, The Madison at Schilling Farms and Legacy Farms
all currently in various stages of construction, Schilling Farms is rapidly realizing that
goal. Early next year, Colliervillians will have a variety of housing options available to
them. These options range from luxury apartments and townhomes, to the magnificent Veista
homes and single family residences. All of them are within easy reach of the YMCA, fine

SCHILLING FARMS MIDDLE SCHOOL

| New middle school passes the
torch of knowledge. |
|
Summer has drawn to a close and Collerville's children have
started classes in a brand new middle school. The new facility features state of the art
science & computer labs and has internet access wired into every class. The $8 million
facility is easily accessible to the Collierville community and is within easy walking
distance for residents of Schilling Farms. |
