Memphis-Based Boyle Investment Company Promotes Seven Senior Executives

Boyle Investment Company, the 80-year-old firm that develops, manages and leases real estate, has promoted seven senior executives.
           
Paul Boyle is now president, succeeding Henry Morgan.
           
Morgan is now co-chairman with Bayard Boyle Jr., who has headed Boyle since 1985.
           
Mark Halperin was promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer.
           
Bayard Morgan, Henry Morgan Jr. and Cary Whitehead have been promoted to executive vice president.
           
Phil Fawcett is now chief manager of the Nashville office and will oversee all Nashville-based developments and personnel policies.
           
As president, Paul Boyle now oversees all company operations.
           
Halperin will continue to lead the Memphis office leasing, development and sales team, and as chief operating officer will help direct company operations including strategy and personnel.
           
As executive vice presidents, Henry Morgan Jr. and Bayard Morgan will continue to serve on the Executive Committee and board of directors, work with senior department managers and approve strategic direction and major decisions. Whitehead has development and financial responsibilities leading retail development for the Memphis office and mortgage finance for the company.
           
Boyle specializes in mixed-use, office, retail, industrial and residential properties.
           
Among their properties is Spring Creek Ranch near Collierville (residential); Schilling Farms in Collierville (mixed use); Gallina Centro in Collierville (retail); and Century Center in Memphis (industrial).
