Mixed-Use

Mixing it up makes sense! Boyle pioneered the development of complex, large-scale mixed-use communities. In 1972, Boyle paved the way for the city of Memphis’ eastward growth with the development of the 204-acre Ridgeway Center, the city’s first true mixed-use community at Poplar and I-240 in the heart of the Poplar corridor. In 1986, Boyle began development of the 300-acre Humphreys Center, now East Memphis’ bustling hub for medical and office tenants. More recent mixed-use communities include Schilling Farms and Price Farms in Collierville and Meridian Cools Springs and Berry Farms in Franklin.

    CAPITOL VIEW

The power of community, especially when choosing where to locate your business, should not be reduced to some catchy phrase on a brochure, an ad, or the back of a business card.

In a real community, real business happens in a place that acknowledges, supports, and engages citizens in meaningful ways.

Connecting them personally and corporately, citizens interact through collaboration and convenience. Working together in ways that shape and serve their neighbors, the neighborhood and the environment in which they work, live and play.

Capitol View Nashville is a real place.
    Compelling.
    Strategic.

Capitol View is a genuine place where thought leaders have come together through with a shared outlook for the urban future of Nashville. A vibrant community, blending together corporate culture with optimum conveniences, amenities, and dining choices. Interwoven with sidewalks, open spaces and greenways that connect with other vibrant neighborhoods...the pulse of the city...the heartbeat of Nashville.
