Boyle has been a leader in the planning and development of first class retail space for many years. Recent examples of this expertise are Gallina Centro, Southwest Crossing, Preston Shepard Place, The Village Shops of Forest Hill, Regalia and Humphreys Center.

Gallina Centro is a 400,000 square foot grocery anchored power center located at the common boundary of Memphis' two most important suburbs, Germantown and Collierville. The center is currently under development. Phase I includes Kroger, Stein Mart, Walgreens and McDonald's. Boyle entered the fast-growing DeSoto County, Mississippi, market with the development of Southcrest Market, an 80,000-square-foot retail center at the busiest intersection in Southaven at Goodman Road and Interstate 55.

Southwest Crossing is a 500,000 square foot power center located in southwest Fort Worth, Texas. The center is anchored by Lowes, Kohls, Best Buy and Garden Ridge.

Preston Shepard Place is a 370,000 square foot power center in Plano, Texas. The center contains a wide range of national tenants including Baby Superstore, Stein Mart, Borders Books, Marshall's, Old Navy, Pier I Imports and Office Depot.

The Village Shops of Forest Hill, on Poplar Avenue east of Memphis, consists of 360,000 square feet on a 40-acre site in the heart of the county's fastest growing urban area. The Village Shops contains many prominent national and local value-oriented tenants including Target, Schnuck's Supermarket, Marshall's and Old Navy.

Regalia at Ridgeway Center in Memphis is a 92,000 square foot specialty center anchored by Oak Hall Men's Store, Owen Brennan's and Ruth's Chris Steak House and is part of a 22-acre, mixed-use development which also includes the Embassy Suites Hotel and Union Planters Bank Headquarters.
