At the 32-acre Capitol View project in the Gulch, a new HCA building is under construction, and plans are underway for a, 300,000 SF ‘Class A’ building with 20,000 SF of ground floor retail space, a garage, and hotel. An interview with the man behind the years of success, Russell E. “Rusty” Bloodworthy, and a background of the 45 year career that was so influential is the planning and processes implemented today. A spring 2016 completion is anticipated for a new 50,000-square-foot, mixed-use building where 25,000 square feet of office space is pre-leased to Helena Chemical Company, with a remaining 25,000 square feet available for office or retail use.
