Boyle Enters Joint Venture For Collierville Property




Boyle has entered into a joint venture with W. T. Price family heirs for the development of a parcel of Collierville property which has been in the Price Family since the late 19^th century. The 246-acre parcel of land is located at the intersection of Nonconnah Parkway, Houston-Levee Road, Shelby Drive and Collierville Road in the southwest section of Collierville. Boyle is planning a variety of uses for the property. They will be phased in over several years.
