Boyle Offers Six New Neighborhoods

Boyle’s commitment to quality, convenience, and elegance is clearly reflected in the company’s new residential properties. According to J.A. Hayden, III vice president for Boyle, a wide variety of lots in six new neighborhoods is now available or will be coming soon.

On Dogwood Road, just east of Houston High School, is Dogwood Gardens, a 44-acre site with 88 lots that average 100 feet wide and 150 feet deep. Bordered by a white painted fence and landscaped brick entrance, this community is conveniently located near shopping centers, schools, and churches. Homes start around $300,000.

Patterned after the Gardens of River Oaks is Boyle’s eighth addition to River Oaks and its newest estate development. The Cloisters, developed jointly with Russell Kostak. The 29 remaining lots, up to one acre in size, range in price from $110,000 to $375,000; an entrance gate will control access 24-hours a day. Homes will range in value from $450,000 to $2 million.

Nestled in the distinguished Southwind golf community are two of Boyle’s new properties. The Gardens of Southwind is a lovely 15-acre, garden home community of 39 lots. Many of the lots are on the championship golf course and feature spectacular views of the 17th green and 18th fairway. Four lots have dramatic views of the 18th green and lake. Oriented toward the empty-nester and young professional lifestyles, lots average 80 feet wide and 150 feet deep and most are priced from $75,000 to $175,000. Homes in this development start around $375,000.

Also available now are eleven lots averaging more than one-half acre at Golf Walk at Southwind. Two lots are on the golf course and nine lots are in a secluded cove. The lots are priced from $80,000 to $210,000, and homes start around $375,000.

Available in late spring will be 60 small garden home lots in The Vineyards, self-contained community, also is oriented toward the empty-nester and young professional lifestyles. Homes are expected to start around $250,000.

Next to Ridgeway Country Club on the north side of Poplar Avenue in Germantown is Bedford Plantation, which will consist of 115 lots on 72 acres. In late spring, 60 lots averaging one-half acres will be completed on this heavily wooded property. A lovely brick entrance with a boulevard through the woods sets the tone for this neighborhood, where homes will start around $375,000.

As are all Boyle neighborhoods, these new properties are enhanced by protective covenants and architectural requirements.
