Boyle Provides Full Range Of Services For Development Of Industrial Projects

 
Two new industrial projects-a headquarters facility for Hohenberg Brothers Cotton Company and a speculative warehouse for The Acee Company-underscore the wide range of services Boyle offers from the conception through the execution of a project.

Boyle is involved in the development of a 90,000-square-foot headquarters facility in northeast Memphis for Hohenberg, a division a Cargill, Inc. The facility will include 30,000 square feet of office space, 30,000 square feet of warehouse space, and a 30,000-square-foot area developed to cotton classing. Construction of the building at Charles Bryan and Goodlett Farms Parkway began last December, and the project should be completed in August.

Boyle also is involved in the development of a 117,000-square-foot freestanding, multiple occupancy warehouse building in southeast Memphis for The Acee Company. Construction already is underway and the building is scheduled to be ready for occupancy in August.

For both projects, Boyle is providing a full range of services., including selection of the architect, contractor, and allied professionals; supervision of the design process; and site acquisition and construction management. Boyle will lease and manage the Acee property.
