Progress Continues on Mixed-Use Projects in Nashville 

At the 32-acre Capitol View project in the Gulch, a new HCA building is under construction, and plans are underway for a, 300,000 SF ‘Class A’ building with 20,000 SF of ground floor retail space, a garage, and hotel. New Office, Retail and Residential Projects Underway at Schilling Farms

Construction is underway at Schilling Farms in Collierville at the northwest corner of Winchester and Schilling Boulevards on new projects which include office, retail, and residential components within the 11-acre site.  A spring 2016 completion is anticipated for a new 50,000-square-foot, mixed-use building where 25,000 square feet of office space is pre-leased to Helena Chemical Company, with a remaining 25,000 square feet available for office or retail use.
