Continued Growth in a Burgeoning New Nashville

Nashville’s continued growth has presented a wide variety of opportunities for Boyle Nashville, LLC.

CityPark, a 500,000-square-foot office park in Brentwood formerly known as Synergy, is being redeveloped into a mixed-use community. Boyle is adding six new retail/restaurant buildings and a one-acre urban park, and Chartwell Hospitality is developing a 126-room Hilton Garden Inn.

In 2013, work began on Capitol View, a joint venture between Boyle and Northwestern Mutual in downtown Nashville at the base of the State Capital building in the area known as the North Gulch. Boyle is acting as development consultant and will handle leasing and management. The 32-acre site is one of the most expansive sites in downtown Nashville, allowing Boyle to bring larger users to a dense, urban area. HCA has signed on to build two buildings at Capitol View, one for Parallon and one for Sarah Cannon, totaling 700,000-sqaure-feet. The site will include hotels, retail, restaurants, office buildings, multi-family apartments, a park, and walking trails. HCA will commence construction in the fall of 2014 and plans to take occupancy in the fall of 2016.

Berry Farms, a 604-acre mixed-use community in Franklin, continues to thrive. Phase I of residential construction is complete and Phases II and III are underway; when complete, there will be a total of 185 homes. Boyle recently delivered three new retail buildings and coming soon is the recently signed Goddard School, live-work units, new retailers, office buildings, and a grocery store.

Site work is currently underway at the 500,000-square-foot CityPark in Nashville, where Boyle is adding six new retail and restaurant buildings totaling 40,000 square feet and a one-acre urban park.
