Cool Springs is picking up yet another headquarters.

Podiatry Insurance Company of America has signed a lease to anchor a new office building in Boyle Investment’s Meridian Cool Springs development along Carothers Parkway.

The company has leased 50,000 square feet of a 102,500 square-foot building Boyle will build. Boyle has a commitment on another 25,000 square feet. The building should be ready by September of next year at which point PICA will move from its Brentwood office space.

Boyle kicked off Meridian Cool Springs with construction of a new headquarters building for Community Health Systems, which was completed last November. Healthways will soon be moving into a new headquarters building Highwoods Property is constructing. Nissan Americas headquarters is under construction on Carothers Parkway, within close proximity to Meridian Cool Springs. The former Primus building has also attracted headquarters such as Spheris, Cybera, and HealthSpring, which is scheduled to move in there within the next few weeks.

Jeff Haynes and Thomas McDaniel, both with Boyle, handled the deal with PICA from the landlord side. David Koziak and his team at Newmark Knight Frank represented PICA.
