Another Nashville restaurant is branching out to Cool Springs.

Boscos will join Noshville at Meridian Cool Springs, a mixed-use development next to the former Primus headquarters building being done by Boyle Investment in partnership with Northwestern Mutual. The property sits between Carothers Parkway and Interstate 65.

Boscos will go into the ground floor of a 41,000-square-foot building that will be completed in July. It will be the fourth location for the microbrewery chain. In addition to its Hillsboro Village, Boscos has locations in Memphis and Little Rock, Ark.

Nucci’s Italian Ice and Gelato will be located in the same building. It is the first Nashville-area store for the Philadelphia-based chain. Noshville is going into a different building and is scheduled to open in July as well.

Boyle kicked off Meridian Cool Springs with a new headquarters for Community Health Systems, which was completed last November. Plans call for a total of 600,000 square feet of office space, 78,000 square feet of retail shopping and 22,500 square feet of restaurants. Residence Inn and Courtyard by Marriott are set for the development. Microsoft is anchoring a 66,000-square-foot office building scheduled for completion in June.

Boscos and Noshville will open near not only Boyle’s buildings but also office developments by Highwoods Properties and Crescent Resources. Meridian Cool Springs is also a short drive from where the new Nissan North America headquarters will be built.
