HealthStream, KCI now at Capitol View

Nashville Post

Capitol View - Nashville - Block E - 500 11th Ave NHealth care company HealthStream and engineering, consulting and construction firm KCI Technologies have opened their new offices at Capitol View.

Specifically, the two companies are operating at 500 11th Ave. N., with the building (pictured) nearly 60 percent leased, according to a release.

“The growth we’re seeing at Capitol View is tremendous, and the relocation of companies like HealthStream and KCI Technologies to the district is a testament to the environment that’s being created,” Jeff Haynes, a partner with Capitol View co-developer Boyle Investment Co., said in the release. “We placed an emphasis on amenities like outdoor terrace space, two parks, and walkable access to restaurants and retailers to increase employee retention and productivity, and we’re proud to see companies choosing to relocate their operations here.”

The building will add a two-floor WeWork space later this year. About 130,000 square feet of Class A office space is still available for lease.

In addition to HealthStream and KCI Technologies, major tenants in other buildings at Capitol View include HCA Healthcare, Sarah Cannon, Parallon, ProviderTrust, First Advantage Bank and LifeWay among others.

Trolley Park (click on View Gallery in the above image to see photos), the first public greenspace in the urban node, has also opened and will be joined by the 2.5-acre Frankie Pierce Park and a connection to the city’s greenway system later this summer.

Capitol View is located within the greater North Gulch and is joint venture between Northwestern Mutual, Boyle and Northwood Ravin.
