Idea House Party Is Held

Southern Living magazine joined Boyle Investment Co. and national sponsors in celebrating and opening of the 1995 Southern Living Idea Houses at an on-site premiere party recently.

At the party, representatives of the Southern Living Homes Group recognized the Memphis area building/design team: builder Hank Hill; interior designer Rhea Crenshaw; and landscape contractor Brad Phillips. Bill McDouglad, Southern Living operations and publications manager, also thanked the development group Dickens/Ashworth/Hill for welcoming a Southern Living home into the Chapel Creek community.

The home, called "Cordova Place," is located at the community of Chapel Creek in Cordova. Proceeds from the $3 admission will benefit the Phoenix Club, which supports the Boys Club of Memphis. The house will remain open for public tours through October 15.
