The Harris Shelton Hanover Walsh law firm is moving its East Memphis office to the new SunTrust Building at 999 Shady Grove Road.

The firm has signed to sublease from the bank 8,723 square feet on the third floor. SunTrust has its Memphis-area headquarters in the building, which opened in late 2008.

The move from 6060 Poplar should be complete by early 2010, said Mark Halperin, executive vice president of Boyle, which owns and manages the building.

Another major tenant is the accounting firm Dixon Hughes.

Harris Shelton Hanover Walsh "is totally compatible to the other tenants in the building and it’s a great fit for us," Halperin said.

The law firm also has offices Downtown at One Commerce Square.

"It’s larger space than we have now," said Andy Cobb, Harris Shelton’s manager. "It’s a very nice looking, class A building. We’ll also have more conference space."
