Meridian Cool Springs, the new willable, mixed-use development in Franklin, has expanded and signed several new tenants.

They include Gigi’s Cupcakes, Peace Eyecare and Designing Spaces, which offers high-end custom cabinetry and closets. All are expected to open for business in the fall.

Developer Boyle Investment is adding two new office buildings – One and Two Corporate Centre into the Meridian mix, as well as a six-story 225-room Westin hotel. The full-service hotel will have 10,000 square feet of meeting space and 5,000 square feet of ballroom space.

Meridian will now hold three hotels, more than 1 million square feet of office space and 86,665 square feet of upscale retail.

Some retailers and restaurants have already opened, such as Noshville, Boscos Restaurant and Brewery, Paccini’s Coffee Shop, Woodhouse Day Spa, J’on Alan Salon and Heritage Cleaners. The Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn, Swanky’s Taco Shop, BB&T Bank and The Cajun Steamer are all set for fall openings.
