More Feet Leased at Gallina

Leasing activity at Boyle Investment Co.’s Gallina Centro shopping center in Collierville has picked up.

Cary Whitehead of Boyle says a combined 10,230 square feet of space has been leased to new tenants at Gallina Centro, Boyle’s community center at Poplar Avenue and Houston Levee Road at the common border between Germantown and Collierville.

The new tenants at Gallina Centro, named both for the family who originally owned the land and the Italian word for a town’s "commercial center," include TMobile, which took 2,800 square feet; Hollywood Feed, which took 3,100 square feet; TinderBox, which took 1,330 square feet and Focal Point Décor, which took 3,000 square feet.
