New Office, Retail and Residential Projects Underway at Schilling Farms

Schilling Farms in Collierville

Construction is underway at Schilling Farms in Collierville at the northwest corner of Winchester and Schilling Boulevards on new projects which include office, retail, and residential components within the 11-acre site.  A spring 2016 completion is anticipated for a new 50,000-square-foot, mixed-use building where 25,000 square feet of office space is pre-leased to Helena Chemical Company, with a remaining 25,000 square feet available for office or retail use.  The first floor space for lease offers plenty of parking, and is convenient for   insurance companies, banks, attorneys, or real estate agents.

The Carrington at Schilling Farms, an upscale multi-family community, opened in the summer of 2014 and was so well-received that construction is underway on a second phase. Carrington West at Schilling Farms is a 125-unit community of boutique apartments and townhomes which will be available for occupancy in spring 2016.  There is an adjacent available retail pad for a 9,000-square-foot building for future development.

“Helena’s expansion puts in place another piece of the emerging mixed-use core of Schilling Farms, Collierville’s premier district for corporate headquarters,” says Mark Halperin, Executive Vice President and COO of Boyle. “The expansion site completes the southern village core, which is one of the best locations in Collierville for state-of-the-art ‘Class A’ office space. The building is on schedule for Helena to take occupancy in May 2016.”

In addition, approximately 33,000 square feet of contiguous ground floor space is available for lease at Schilling Farms Business Center, a 62,000-square-foot “Class A” one-story office/flex building. Amenities include controlled access, individual signage, 336 parking spaces, and storage with rear load doors.
