Open for lunch Monday through Friday, this popular East Memphis café offers a wide variety of fresh and healthy soups, salads, and sandwiches served with fresh fruit. Favorites include a wide variety of homemade chicken salads ranging from chicken salad with walnuts and raisins, as well as Dijon, lite and curried chicken salad. Signature sandwiches include the turkey burger, grilled chicken Caesar wrap, chicken Florentine, and shrimp salad.
