Sales Office For The Oaks At Schilling Farms Now Open

The Kemmons Wilson companies are pleased to announce the Grand Opening of the sales office for The Oaks at Schilling Farms. The sales office is located in Collierville at 2028 W. Poplar Ave., Suite 107 in Sloan’s Square (on the north side of Poplar; just east of Houston Levee, behind Bogie’s Deli).

Ground clearing and grading is underway at The Oaks’ site, which is located on the south side of Winchester Road, about one-half mile east of Bailey Station. Pre-construction pricing is now available, with home prices ranging from $130’s-$170’s.

The Oaks is the latest development from Kemmons Wilson companies, the family owned company started by Kemmons Wilson, founder of Holiday Inn.
