Starbucks prepped for Capitol View

Work is fully underway on a Starbucks to operate in the Capitol View building home to various HCA Healthcare entities.

A permit, valued at about $115,000 has been issued to allow for the build-out of the space within the 1100 Charlotte building, a name that derives from the address.

Atlanta-based Venture Construction Co. is the general contractor.

Franklin-based Boyle Investment Co. has landed retail leases at 1100 Charlotte, which houses HCA Healthcare subsidiaries Sarah Cannon, Parallon and HealthTrust.

In addition to Starbucks, future retail tenants include Your Pie and M.L. Rose. In addition, Southern Vintage Market and Pinnacle Financial Partners are operational.

Terms of the leases are not being disclosed.
