Top 100 Private Companies

– Memphis Business Journal –

In 2006, Boyle Investment Co. celebrated the 100-year anniversary of Belvedere, a famed residential street in Memphis, that Edward and Charles Boyle developed with Harry Brennan after buying the land in 1906.

Throughout last year and into 2007, the family owned real estate company continues its visionary approach to development in Memphis.

In 2006 Boyle announced the construction of two new speculative office properties in Ridgeway Center. The two 155,000-square-foot Class A buildings will bring the East Memphis office park to about 1.3 million square feet of total space.

SunTrust Banks, Inc., has signed on as anchor tenant for more than 50,000 square feet in one of the buildings, which is scheduled for delivery in 2008.

Boyle is the residential developer of 800 acres surrounding the 320-acre Jack Nicklaus designed Spring Creek Ranch golf course in Collierville.

The Spring Creek Ranch community was also home to the 2007 Spring Vesta Home Show, which for the first time in its history sold all six featured homes prior to the show’s opening.

From Belvedere to Ridgeway Center to Spring Creek Ranch, Boyle Investment Co.’s developments continue to shape the residential and commercial real estate landscape of Shelby County.
