Vesta Home Show Opens at The Neighborhood at Schilling Farms
-Vesta Home Show-
"Boyle is honored that The Neighborhood at Schilling Farms was selected as the featured subdivision for this premier event," says J. A. Hayden, III, vice president of Boyle. "The 443-acre Schilling Farms development in Collierville is one of the most extensive projects Boyle has undertaken, and I can’t think of a better way to showcase the first residential neighborhood in this master-planned, mixed-use community than the Vesta Home Show."
Visitors to the Vesta Home Show will find a unique, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood with sidewalks, custom-made park benches, decorative streetlights and signage, extensive landscaping, and classic architecture, all of which work together to make Schilling Farms one of the most appealing neighborhoods in Shelby County. The Neighborhood at Schilling Farms, located just south of Poplar Avenue in west Collierville, is convenient to the Nonconnah Parkway, the new FedEx World Tech Center, and Baptist Memorial Hospital-Collierville. In addition, The Neighborhood is close to many new and exciting shopping opportunities in Collierville and east Germantown.

"We have some of the most respected builders in the area participating in the 1999 Vesta Home Show at Schilling Farms," says David Parsons, Chairman of the 1999 Vesta Home Show. The list of Registered Builders selected to participate in this year’s show include: Phil Chamberlain/Jon McCreery, Chamberlain & McCreery, Inc.; Jack Werne/Betty Werne, Bellewood Homes; Tyke Johnson, Brentwood Builders, LLC; Jim McCauley & Company Homes; and Danny Sparkman, Sparkman Home Builders, LLC.
The six homes in the Vesta Home Show are part of the first phase of 87 lots in The Neighborhood at Schilling Farms, which is immediately adjacent to McGinnis Park, where a grove of 75-year-old oak trees has been preserved to provide residents with a shaded, peaceful environment. In addition, The Neighborhood is convenient to the new Collierville YMCA, Schilling Farms Middle School, and KidTech Child Care Center, all of which recently opened at Schilling Farms.
"Special architectural guidelines at The Neighborhood at Schilling Farms ensure that all homes are both distinctive and complementary to their surroundings," says Hayden. "Lot sizes average approximately 9,200 square feet, and homes are priced from $300,000 to $500,000."
