– Memphis Business Journal –
All seven homes in the 2007 Spring Vesta Home Show have sold prior to the event, which opens this weekend at Spring Creek Ranch.
For the first time in the 20-plus year history of the Vesta Home Show, all of the featured properties are under contract prior to the show opening.
Boyle Investment Co. is the developer of Spring Creek Ranch’s residential communities in Collierville, which surround the 320-acre Jack Nicklaus golf course.
"We think the area just inside (Highway) 385 is the high-growth area for Shelby County," said Gary Thompson, vice president of Boyle Investment Co., in a statement. "We believe 385 is the new loop or beltway around Memphis. The Spring Creek Ranch community offers home buyers tranquil country living conveniently located inside the loop and close to Collierville public schools, as well as the new campuses of Briarcrest High School and St. George’s."
Homes at Spring Creek Ranch in The Village start at $400,000, while larger homes in The Manor start at $600,000.
The properties featured at Vesta were built by John Duke Co., Tayloe Construction Co., Mike Murphy Builders, Frank Uhlhorn Construction Co., David Clark Construction, Klazmer-Sklar and Inglewood Homes.
The 2007 Spring Vesta Home Show at Spring Creek Ranch runs from April 27 until May 13.
