Jeff Haynes

Responsibilities:As a partner in Boyle Nashville, LLC, Haynes oversees all of Boyle's office real estate projects in Nashville, including property development, management, sales, and leasing.

Professional Record:Haynes has been in the commercial real estate industry for over twenty-five years, sixteen of which were with the Trammell Crow Company. Since the opening of the Boyle Nashville office in 2001, Haynes has been responsible for the development of more than 1 million square feet of office and retail facilities, including headquarters for several Nashville based companies, and more than 5 million square feet of property in the planning and development stages. Haynes is known for his extensive attention to detail and excellence in real estate development, and in collaboration with the Boyle Nashville team, has received high accolades for Meridian Cool Springs, the recently completed mixed-use office development in Franklin, Tennessee. Haynes was also selected by Vanderbilt University as an adjunct professor at the prestigious Owen School of Business for a Real Estate Investment and Development course, which he has been teaching for the past five years.

Education:Haynes holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Civic and Community Involvement:Haynes is a Past Elder for the Westminster Presbyterian Church, and serves as a Boardmember for Renewal House, Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee, Salvation Army Property Committee, and the Montgomery Bell Marketing Committee.
