John Faquin

Responsibilities:Faquin is responsible for the development and construction of all of Boyle’s residential properties.

Professional Record:Faquin began his career at Boyle in 1987 with Mid-America Construction, where he was responsible for the construction of several retail centers, including The Village Shops of Forest Hill, Regalia, and Humphreys Center. He also coordinated the construction of Preston Shepard Place, Boyle’s 365,000-square-foot power center in Plano, Texas. After ten years as head of retail construction and planning, Faquin is now in charge of all residential development and construction. He has completed numerous projects including Braystone Park, Wickliffe, The Pinnacle of Germantown and Spring Creek Ranch.

Education:Faquin holds a B.A. in political science from the University of The South (Sewanee) and a B.S. in engineering from the University of Memphis.
