John Vergos

Responsibilities:With Boyle since 1984, Vergos is responsible for office space planning and graphics needs for the majority of the company’s office tenants. He also lends architectural support to commercial property management and the other divisions of the company, e.g. land development and use, retail, and commercial. In addition, Vergos oversees the refurbishment of the buildings’ public areas, with responsibilities ranging from the selection of finishes and signage to the purchasing of original artworks.

Professional Record:Vergos, who has actively worked in the field of architecture since 1974, has been associated with several area architects and has had responsibilities in all facets of the architectural process, from initial concept to final punch list. He works for most of Boyle’s office tenants in the excess of two million square feet of office space owned or managed by the company. Prior to coming to Boyle, he was associate partner in an architectural firm that focused largely on office planning and construction.

Education:Vergos is a graduate of the School of Architecture at the University of Tennessee.

Professional Affiliations:Vergos has served on the architectural review boards of several civic and neighborhood development organizations.
