Responsibilities:Aur is primarily responsible for the property development, acquisitions, leasing, sales and management of Boyle’s retail real estate portfolio throughout the Memphis MSA, as well as numerous third-party portfolios for local, regional, and national clients.

Professional Record:During his time at Boyle, Aur has been involved in a wide variety of projects such as Schilling Farms, Ridgeway Center, Regalia Shopping Center, Williamsburg Village, Gallina Centro, Germantown Village Square, and Southcrest Market. Prior to joining Boyle, Aur worked at Cushman & Wakefield in San Antonio, Texas, where he focused on acquisition, disposition, and development strategies for multifamily investors throughout San Antonio and South Texas.

Education:Aur graduated with honors from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration.

Professional Affiliations:Aur is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, Memphis Area Association of Realtors, and the Tennessee Association of Realtors.

Civic and Community Involvement:Aur serves on the St. Dominic School Alumni Board, the Soccer Ole Board, and is an active member of Heart’s Home USA, the Education That Works, and the Blue Streak Scholarship Fund.
